- If you have concerns about patient safety or public confidence in
pharmacy, you can report them to the GPhC. - The GPhC investigates concerns about pharmacists, pharmacy
technicians, and pharmacies. - You can report concerns through their online form or by phone.
5. Contacting the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman (PHSO):
- If your complaint remains unresolved after going through the NHS
complaints procedure, you can contact the PHSO. - The PHSO makes final decisions on unresolved NHS complaints.
